1/1.8" 5MP 3.6mm M12 MTV Fixed Lens-Jinyuan

This fixed-focus M12 board-mount lens is optimized for 1/1.8” 5MP CMOS sensors such as Sony IMX334, IMX178 and equivalents. It adopts standard M12×0.5 MTV thread, with 3.6 mm EFL (±1%), delivering ultra-wide diagonal FoV of ~140°.

It features heavy barrel distortion (typical −42%, max <−40%). No optical distortion correction on lens; geometric dewarping shall be done by ISP to retain wide FoV and lower system cost. IR-confocal design keeps focal-plane shift within ±1 μm between daytime visible-light and 650 nm night IR modes, eliminating spectral defocus.

Built with full-metal barrel, it offers good mechanical stability, vibration resistance and wide temperature adaptability (−20 °C ~ +60 °C). Compact size Φ17 mm ×17.2 mm , ideal for mass-produced embedded vision systems.

Suitable for wide-area surveillance where software dewarp is acceptable: IP cameras, AI edge vision modules and intelligent vision terminals.
